Can I see an item in-person before purchasing?
As our items are located all over the world, we cannot guarantee that items can be viewed before purchasing. If you click the 'Arrange a viewing' button within the relevant product page, we can try to organize a viewing for you for the product. If a viewing is not possible due to location of the item, we do provide high-resolution images of the actual objects, allowing you to zoom in to see further details on each item.
What is the difference between “Buy Now” and “Make an Offer”?
Clicking the “Buy Now” button means that you agree to the listed price and will buy at the amount stated. Our “Make An Offer” field provides the option for you to bid below the listed price, and negotiate with the seller. It is the seller’s discretion on whether to Accept or Reject your offer, and you’ll receive a notification once the seller has made their decision.
How will my item(s) be shipped?
Your items will be shipped either directly from the seller or through Luxglove’s Delivery Service.
How long does it take to receive my item(s)?
Your items will be delivered within 5-15 business days.
Does Luxglove ship internationally?
Some items on the website are available for international shipping (i.e. beyond Singapore). If an item is marked as available for international shipping, you can checkout directly on the website. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically upon checkout unless otherwise stated, once you enter your address and postcode into the shipping field. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of an item.
Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?
Yes, someone will need to be at your place of residence to accept and sign for your package. We require direct signature on our packages due to the valuable nature of the items we are shipping. Once an order is confirmed, we will coordinate with you to find the best window of time for delivery.
What if the item I purchased looks different when it arrives at my home?
We make every effort to ensure our buyers’ satisfaction. If an item arrives in a different condition from that shown on the website, please get in touch immediately at email@example.com with photos of the item attached.
What is Luxglove’s return policy?
We will accept returns within 2 business days of delivery provided the seller allows for returns. The cost of return shipping & delivery will be deducted from your final refund.

The Luxglove team does not authenticate items so please get in touch at email@example.com if you feel there is insufficient information in the product description. We do not authenticate individual items. We offer a full returns policy and a seller rating system for your assurance and sellers deemed untrustworthy will be penalized and blocked from our platform.
How do you determine the condition of your items?
The condition of the items listed on Luxglove is selected by the Seller.
The condition descriptions are as below:

+ Very Good – Like new, minimal signs of wear
+ Good – Moderate wear & tear, consistent with age and history
+ Fair – Visible signs of wear, might need work
How do I know if an item is available?
All items on Luxglove are available, unless marked as ‘Sold’. Items which are marked 'On Hold' have been reserved by other buyers and will be released back onto the platform for sale if they are not sold.
