The complex initial nose is characterized by notes of orange, mango, incense, malted barley and chocolate. Allowed to breathe, it becomes spicy (ginger) and floral (dried flowers). On the unctuous attack, sherry leaves its exotic (passion fruit) and floral (rose petal) mark on the aromatic palette. The mid-palate reveals fresh fig and aromatic plants (verbena). The silky attack continues to accentuate the sherry's influence (chocolate, fig, almond). The retronasal olfaction is malty and delicately woody (beeswax). Single Cask no. 75 – Sherry Butt. Exclusive to LMDW. Get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org for more available products, self-collection and other enquiries.
